Trinity Mobile Marketing Director, John Graham, said " We are delighted to be working with GalatheaSTS and Delfont Mackintosh Theatres. This really will be a world first and Delfont Mackintosh Theatres are to be congratulated for their innovation and forward thinking here. Consumers increasingly use their mobile device as a lifestyle control – what better way to exploit mobile technology than with the ability to purchase tickets anywhere at any time with instant delivery and at lower commission and booking fee costs! Today, consumers truly use their mobile phone for a variety of lifestyle choices - mobile ticketing is a natural consumer choice as pretty much everyone has their phone with them at all times - and we are approaching the advent of the personal 'holy trinity' of the phone being a wallet/purse, keys & mobile. The security and instant issue capability of digital barcode tickets will drive down ticketing commissions, prevent forgery and touting, as well as save an awful lot of trees! Mobile ticketing ticks all the boxes for consumers, venues and promoters - it really is the future of secure controlled access to all types of events from rock concerts, sports matches and meetings to exhibitions, conferences as well as large or small invitation only events."
